Personal Touch Salon is a full service salon.  You can have all the services of a large commercial chain but with a Personal Touch.  I really enjoy the work I do, mostly because I get to know my clientele on a more personal level. I have been serving the residents of Cedar City for over ten years and I look forward to serving you.
